The Appalachian Mountains in north Georgia is a series of ridgelines and valleys. This picture depicts a pasture near Suches, GA which is not far from the southern terminus of the well-known Appalachian Trail. Once remote, the area has recently become the center for vacation cabins and hobby farms for gentlemen estate owners from Atlanta.
